Outdoor Amusement Business Association
RCS is a member of the OABA, Outdoor Amusement Business Association. In 2004 the COE Circle of Excellence program was formed by Guy Leavitt and other members of the OABA that felt the carnival industry needed a rating system that would be audited on a wide variety of things from trucking, layout of equipment cleanliness and documentation.congrats to RCS and our partners (list fairs) on being a reciepent of this honor in 2004 and current member. Guy Leavitt was Chairman of the OABA, he remains on the Board as a trustee and has over 12 years of service. Chris Lopez is on the Board of Directors and Chairs two committee's currently COE committee and H2B/Foreign Labor.

Western Fairs Association
Founded in 1922 and incorporated in 1945, Western Fairs Association (WFA) is a non-profit trade association serving the fair industry throughout the Western United States and Canada. The association's primary purpose is to assist in maintaining the highest professional standards within the fair industry through a voluntary network of individuals and organizations. The primary objective of Western Fairs Association is to promote the prosperity of fairs through educational activities, training programs, and legislative advocacy. Currently Western Fairs serves more than 800 members, representing fair-related businesses, fair management, fair board directors, festivals, and industry associations. This membership is represented by a 23-member elected board of directors that governs the activities and policies of the association.
International Association of Fairs and Expositions
The International Association of Fairs and Expositions (IAFE) is a voluntary, non-profit corporation, organizing state, provincial, regional, and county agricultural fairs, shows, exhibitions, and expositions. Its associate members include state and provincial associations of fairs, non-agricultural expositions and festivals, associations, corporations, and individuals engaged in providing products and services to its members, all of whom are interested in the improvement of fairs, shows, expositions, and allied fields.
International Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions
Founded in 1918, IAAPA is the largest international trade association for permanently situated amusement facilities worldwide. The organization represents over 4,000 facility, supplier, and individual members from more than 93 countries. IAAPA strives to help members improve their efficiency, marketing, safety, and profitability while maintaining the highest possible professional standards in the industry.
California Portable Ride Operators
Founded in 2006, CALPRO is a non-profit organization made up of over 25 Carnival owners that operate in the State of California. CALPRO was formed to work directly with state officials and law makers in the interest of ride regulations and policies. Chris Lopez is currently Vice President of CALPRO.
Small Business Workforce Alliance
Founded in 2007, the Small Business Workforce Alliance is based in Washington, DC and is charged with empowering the Mobile Amusement Industry through education and outreach among its members to Members of Congress on issues that affect our industry.
Arizona Showmen's Association
The purpose for which this corporation is formed is to create fraternity among all showmen in this vicinity and elsewhere in the United States, to bring about good fellowship among showmen, to provide for a common meeting place and maintain club rooms and all lawful things incident thereto, to promote the welfare of such showmen, to provide comfort and assistance in the time of sickness and to provide Christian burial for its members who are in need of the same. The Arizona Showmen’s Association, Inc. was organized in Phoenix, Arizona, December 5th, 1945, as a non-profit organization. A charter was formed and filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission December 20, 1945. RCS is proud to have had 6 family members as past presidents.
