ATTITUDE COUNTS

Entertaining our guests is a very important part of your job. Happy guests are crucial to the success of RCS. Please smile, be courteous and thank our guests for coming.

PARKING

Please check with Employee Services on this issue since each fair is different as to what they provide.

CONDUCT
RCS believes that we deliver exceptional results through exceptional people. Therefore, RCS expects all employees to observe certain guidelines. An RCS employee represents RCS to its guests and is, therefore, at that moment, the most important person in the company. An RCS Employee must be courteous and friendly, with a positive attitude. Our guests come to our midway to enjoy all that we have to offer in rides, games and food. The time that they spend on our midway is their most special time. We aspire to make every bit of their experience with us memorable.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES

Are never allowed while you are working. If you are seen using a cell phone, walkman, I-Pod, or any other distracting device while on duty, it will be confiscated until your shift is over.

FUN PASS

This is our electronic ticket program at RCS. Customers purchase tickets for rides, games and food on this card. It is strictly against policy for an employee to possess a Fun Pass. Possession of a Fun Pass is grounds for immediate termination, whether or not there is value on the card.

DRUG POLICY

We pride ourselves on being one of the safest carnivals in the nation. To ensure this safety, we must maintain a substance free work place, and a zero tolerance policy towards drugs and alcohol. All employees are subject to random drug testing. If you have used any illegal drugs, even within a recent time period, you will not be able to pass the drug test. Please do not waste your time or our time by working for RCS if you cannot refrain from using drugs at any time.

GUEST SERVICE

We refer to our customers as guests; we want them to understand how important they are to our success. It is also a reminder to us about the way they are to be treated while they are enjoying their time on our midway. RCS has a Guest Relations maintained on all of our midways. Information, maps, directions and immediate
assistance for a variety of needs can be obtained at the Guest Relations booth. Make sure that you know where
Guest Relations is at every event, so you can direct others to find it.

EMPLOYEE HOUSING
If needed, RCS provides rental housing in the form of bunkhouses, which are made available for our employees. There are no animals or children permitted in the bunkhouse. A curfew is enforced two hours after closing regarding noise. Bunkhouse rent may be deducted from your paycheck with your written consent each week on
your pay advance card. Additional rules will be supplied if you choose to live in a bunkhouse provided by

RCS.
