RCS has an array of custom-built food stands. The food offered on the RCS Midway is designed to give customers food that they crave all year long. Corn Dogs, Funnel Cakes and Cotton Candy are just a few of the treats the RCS Midway offers. Pricing of our quality food items is comparable to the local area restaurants. Each café has tables with shade and amenities available for our guests. Every food café has a certified Serv-Safe food manager in its operation. RCS also has five certified food-handling trainers on our management staff. Quality food at a fair price, served in a friendly setting.

Big Dogs

All American Hot Dogs, Jumbo sized Corn Dogs and the “Original Dog Bowl” (Frito Pie or Nachos with cheese and Jalapenos fill this bowl) will tantalize your taste buds.

Candy Factory

The name says it all…lots of sugar filled candy being made at the Candy Factory. Fresh spun Cotton Candy, Granny Smith Caramel apples and Red Cherry Candy apples will earn you a trip to the dentist! Or enjoy hot buttered popcorn with or without hot sauce. We cater to all clientele.

Carmelot

Fresh Home made Caramel Apples and apple slices are the specialty. Bill Morton uses his mother’s secret recipe to treat our guests to the best! Cotton candy, red cherry candy apples and fresh hot popcorn are a delight as well or cool off with the many flavors of the Jamaican shaved ice.

T.J.'s Ice Cream

Soft serve swirl ice cream cones, Old Fashioned chocolate dipped Ice Cream bars, Frozen Chocolate dipped bananas, Root Beer floats and milkshakes or malts are the special treats at TJ’s.

Enzo’s Pizza is constantly being quality controlled by the taste testers…Family! Enzo’s named after one of the grandson’s offers “A Big Piece of Pie “ made fresh daily. The fresh dough authenticates the flavor of this pizza. Sausage sandwiches, Hot wings and salads offer something for the whole family.

Dutchmen's Funnel Cake

This two story obstacle course is great fun and exercise for children. Running jumping and climbing all the way to the top before taking the long slide all the way to the bottom. With a brightly colored Pirate theme and located in Kidland Pirates Island is easy to find. You must be 42 inches tall to ride.
